Beco Baby Carrier
I found having a carrier invaluable with my son, especially when he was younger. Living in a city, it’s often easier, less cumbersome (and faster) to head out the door wearing your baby rather than using the stroller. It was often easier to navigate stores which often have narrow aisles. This one is super easy to adjust and strap on. It’s constructed more like a backpack and puts most of the baby’s weight on your hips rather than on your shoulders, meaning that you can carry your baby longer without getting fatigued.

Kiddopotamus SwaddleMe Microfleece
Our son LOVED being swaddled and it really helped to calm him down, helped him sleep and kept him warm. The SwaddleMe made swaddling infinitely easier, especially in the middle of the night when you’re half asleep. Just two flaps and secure the Velcro and you’re done! You have a nice tight, secure swaddle.

Kelty Kids Transit Carrier
It’s great for traveling and light hiking. It has space to carry your gear in addition to your child. We’ve used this to travel on airplanes and it’s a great carry-on.

Aquaphor Baby Healing Ointment
Aquaphor is the great cure-all. It’s great for everything from baby acne to diaper rash to dry skin.

5
CeraVe moisturizing skin cream
We also really like CeraVe cream for helping to manage our son’s eczema and sensitive skin. It’s a good, thick moisturizer that is quickly absorbed and doesn’t leave the skin sticky or greasy. We’ve tried several other eczema creams/lotions on the market and this one works the best.

Crocs
They are easy, versatile, lightweight shoes that my son never complains about wearing. Also invaluable in the summer when he will play in sprinklers and in the sandbox at the playground one after the other. We can just rinse out his shoes before heading home.

Foogo by Thermos Leak-Proof Straw Bottle
It’s easy to use and great for keeping milk/juice/water cold and fresh all day long, even during the hottest summer days. It doesn’t seem to leak as much as other sippy or straw cups. It’s also BPA-free.

Blogger
We have been using Blogger to create and manage a blog for our son. It’s great for communicating with extended family and keeping a record of everything that happens in our son’s life from the mundane, every day to trips, etc..

Rockabye Baby CDs
These CDs are “baby friendly” renditions of popular music groups such as Coldplay, U2, the Cure, Radiohead, etc. These are CDs that we, as parents, don’t mind listening to over and over again. We can enjoy the music that we like while it helps soothe our son and helps him sleep.
