Greeting Cards for Charity

Many of you will spend a small fortune on holiday cards. It is the perfect time of year to reach out to friends and family all over the globe. It is also a great opportunity to show your support for a charitable cause. I recently found a website created by Anne Furse in Houston, Texas, dedicated to charity greeting cards. What I love about Cards That Give is that the charities featured are both large and small and are helping people in our own backyards and all over the world. There is something for everyone.

This colorful holiday card was designed by Bob Monahan and is printed on recycled paper.  The inside mesage reads, “Celebrate the season with all you hold dear.” This card is part of the collection supporting Project Bread. Project Bread’s mission is to alleviate, prevent, and ultimately end hunger in Massachusetts.

If you are shopping for your family holiday cards, take a little peek at Cards That Give – you may find exactly what you are looking for. Thanks Anne for putting together such a useful site and inspiring so many people to give back this holiday season.

Here are many more wonderful modern holiday cards to choose from.
